EcoLume Candles was founded in Montreal with a simple belief: your home fragrance should be both luxurious and kind to the planet. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax from Canadian farmers.
We never use paraffin, dyes, or synthetic fragrances. Our packaging is 100% recyclable or compostable. Plus, 2% of every sale supports tree planting in Quebec.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products & pricing
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate colors, but your monitor may show slight variations.
3. Orders & payment
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected.
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship within Canada and the United States. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns & refunds
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Contact support@ecolumecandles.space for return instructions.
6. Limitation of liability
